The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor Anime Reveals its Main Trailer, New Key Visual and More!

Crunchyroll will stream the series.

The anime series “The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor” is set to premiere on October 9 at 11 p.m. on TOKYO MX and other channels. In addition to the broadcast details, a new main trailer, a second key visual, and updated cast information have also been revealed.

The opening theme song for the series, titled “Awaku Kasuka”, is performed by Sajou no Hana. The ending theme, “Gradation”, is performed by Hanatan.

Based on the light novel series written by Sarasa Nagase and illustrated by Mitsuya Fuji, Yen Press publishes an official English version of the manga. Crunchyroll describes the synopsis as follows: 

Jill breaks out of prison the night before she’s set to be executed by her fiancé, Crown Prince Gerald. She’s struck by an arrow while escaping, but instead of dying, she’s transported six years into the past — to the night she and Gerald met. Desperate to alter fate, she instead proposes to the first man she sees, Hadis Teos Rave, her enemy in the future. This is her last chance to get it right!
