The Japanese dub of the Chinese fantasy donghua The All-Devouring Whale: Homecoming has revealed 3 more cast members. Ryota Osaka will voice Duan Ye, Akeno Watanabe takes on the role of Yue Yong, and Daiki Kobayashi will play Cheng Xi. The anime is set to premiere on Japanese television starting July 2.

The anime began streaming early on Bilibili, launching on May 1. Bilibili describes the story as follows:
Fan Lingxiao is a gifted spirit pet master in Lingxiao Sect, but he’s stabbed in the back at a competition between top sects and devoured by his own spirit pet whale Kun. He wakes up to find that he’s become Liu Fengmang, a teenager held in the cell of Bai’s Residence. At the same time, Lingxiao Sect is on the verge of collapse. In order to find out the truth of being devoured by his spirit pet and revive his sect, Fan Lingxiao leads his existing spirit pets, together with Gu Ling, Cheng Xi, and Yue Tong, on a new adventure.
