Twelve new scene images, including action-packed moments, from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea have just been released. The lineup of official movie merchandise has also been revealed.
Set to premiere in Japan on February 27, 2026, the movie will present an entirely original story, with Fuse overseeing the project and providing the initial draft.
Crunchyroll has acquired the worldwide theatrical rights for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea, except in most Asian countries. Fans outside Asia will soon be able to watch the movie in theaters.

A total of 25 types of theatrical merchandise will be available starting February 27, the same day as the film’s release. The lineup includes standard items such as pamphlets, acrylic stands, and can badges, as well as ballpoint pens made from recycled marine plastic. Fans can also enjoy a variety of Rimuru-themed goods in slime form, including mascots and squeezable toys.

Based on the light novels by Fuse, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Crunchyroll offers streaming for every preceding season of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime,” along with the Scarlet Bond movie and the newly released Visions of Coleus OVA, available in both subtitled and dubbed versions.
