Scott Pilgrim Takes Off available on Netflix from 17th November!

Based on Edgar Wright's cult film.

All 8 episodes of Scott Pilgrim Takes Off are scheduled for November 17, on Netflix. The Animation is operated by Science Saru(Japan Sinks who is already on Netflix) which has revived the cult license with the help of the original film’s staff. Edgar Wright is named as executive producer and the original creator of the novel, Bryan Lee O’Malley is named as producer and co-scriptwriter.

The cast of the 2010 film will make a comeback for this new adaptation of Scott Pilgrim. Michael Cera will be revisiting his role as Scott Pilgrim, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead will stay as Ramona Flowers. They will be joined by Chris Evans as Lucas Lee, Anna Kendrick as Stacey Pilgrim, Brie Larson as Envy Adams, Aubrey Plaza as Julie Powers, and Jason Schwartzman as Gideon.

Netflix presents the project in this way:
Scott Pilgrim meets the girl of his dreams, Ramona Flowers, but learns he must defeat her seven evil exes in order to date her. Then things get even more complicated. Based on the graphic novels by Bryan Lee O’Malley.
