The teaser PV for the fifth season of Reiji Miyajima’s TV anime Rent-a-Girlfriend has been released. The new season is scheduled to premiere in April 2026.
The opening theme has been announced as “Non-Scenario Etude”, performed by Sora Amamiya, who also voices Chizuru Mizuhara. The ending theme will be “204-goushitsu (Room 204)” by nakigoto.
Season 5 will continue directly from the events of season 4, serving as the second cour of the “Hawaiians Resort” arc.

Rent-A-Girlfriend, based on Reiji Miyajima‘s manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine since 2017, has achieved over 13 million copies in circulation. The anime adaptation premiered its first season in 2020, followed by Season 2 in 2022 and Season 3 in 2023. In addition, the series was adapted into a live-action drama in 2022.
