The fifth season of the TV anime Rent-a-Girlfriend, based on the manga by Rei Miyajima, will begin broadcasting on April 10. A second key visual and the main promotional video have also been released.
It has also been announced that the series will be available via early streaming starting April 8.
In addition, a special stage event for Season 5 will take place at the AnimeJapan 2026 booth of DMM.com / DMM TV on March 28 and 29. Members of the main cast will appear on stage for a talk session with fans.

Rent-A-Girlfriend, based on Reiji Miyajima‘s manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine since 2017, has achieved over 13 million copies in circulation. The anime adaptation premiered its first season in 2020, followed by Season 2 in 2022 and Season 3 in 2023. In addition, the series was adapted into a live-action drama in 2022.
