An anime adaptation of Reincarnated in a Mafia Dating Sim has officially been greenlit. Publisher TO Books announced that production is underway, with more details about the staff, cast, and release schedule to be revealed at a later date.

Alongside the announcement, TO Books confirmed that the light novel series has surpassed 350,000 copies in circulation across print and digital formats. The franchise also includes a manga adaptation by Sora Goto, which began serialization in January 2023.
Both the novels and the manga are set to release their fifth volumes on December 1 in Japan. The manga is also available in English via Tokyopop, which publishes the official translation:
