Ranma 1/2 Season 2 Reveals Character Art for Mousse and Ukyo Kuonji

Netflix streams the first season.

Character setting art for Mousse (voiced by Toshihiko Seki) and Ukyo Kuonji (voiced by Kaori Nazuka) has been revealed for the second season of the “Ranma 1/2” TV anime, based on Rumiko Takahashi’s beloved manga. The new season is set to premiere on Netflix this October.

The Blu-ray/DVD release of the first season of the “Ranma 1/2” TV anime is set for October 8. The set will feature character design illustrations by Hiromi Taniguchi on the cover, a mini shikishi (colored paper) drawn by Rumiko Takahashi, a special booklet, audio commentary for episodes 1, 5, and 9, as well as bonus content including clean versions of the opening and ending sequences and previews for the next episodes.

Netflix describes the story as follows:

Ranma Saotome and Akane Tendo’s parents have arranged for them to get married. However, there’s a problem: whenever Ranma is splashed with cold water, he turns into a girl! The stage is set for a slapstick martial arts rom-com filled with quirky characters!
