The trailer and main visual for the CG anime film Pui Pui Molcar the Movie: MOLMAX, produced by Monsters Egg, have been unveiled. The movie is scheduled to premiere in Japan on November 29.

The first season of Pui Pui Molcar aired in 2021, followed by the second season, Pui Pui Molcar Driving School, in 2022. A compilation film of the first season was released in July 2021. The series has inspired various merchandise, a Nintendo Switch video game, and numerous cross-franchise collaborations.
