Puella Magi Madoka Magica Appoints ClariS as Official Music Links Partner

ClariS has been appointed as the official “Links Partner” of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica series. Along with this announcement, it was revealed that ClariS will perform a new inspiration song titled “Links”.

As a “Links Partner”, ClariS will serve as the musical bridge connecting past Madoka Magica works to the upcoming projects. ClariS known for their previous theme songs for the franchise, will support both the TV edition of Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Beginnings / Eternal (premiering October 12) and the new film Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie -Walpurgisnacht Rising-, slated for release in February 2026. More details will be announced at a later date.

It was also revealed that ClariS will re-record their iconic debut hit “Connect” the opening theme of the original series—as a new self-cover version. This updated track, titled “Connect -season 03-“, will be released on October 11, one day before the TV broadcast.

In addition, as part of Animate Girls Festival 2025, a special Madoka Magica stage event will take place at Sunshine City Fountain Square in Ikebukuro, Tokyo on November 8. The event will feature a mini-live performance by ClariS.

All of this news was officially unveiled during Aniplex Online Fest 2025 on September 13.
