Potion, Wagami wo Tasukeru Anime Adaptation Set for October Premiere

Fantasy light novel series created by Akira Iwafune.

Akira Iwafune’s light novel Potion, Wagami wo Tasukeru is getting an anime adaptation. As the fifth installment under the “light anime” label AnimationID, the series is set to premiere this October. A key visual and teaser trailer have also been unveiled.

The original novel has been published across 10 volumes, and a manga adaptation illustrated by Sunaho Tobe is also currently available.

Potion, Wagami wo Tasukeru is a fantasy story about Kaede, a regular high school girl who finds herself in a mysterious world filled with beastmen, elves, and dragons. Armed only with a magical book that lets her create potions by chanting “generate,” she struggles to survive and dreams of returning home.
