The Japanese-dubbed version of the original Chinese anime PING PONG, titled Ping Pong Girls -Senkō no Kanata e-, is set to premiere in theaters on May 16. The film features voice acting performances by Shiina Natsukawa, Sora Amamiya, Momo Asakura, and Haruka Tomatsu.
Distributed by Aniplex, Ping Pong Girls -Senkō no Kanata e- will have a special joint stage event at the Aniplex booth during AnimeJapan 2025, which takes place at Tokyo Big Sight on March 23.

The film is a coming-of-age story about Jiang, a young girl born into a family of table tennis players. After failing to qualify as a professional due to a crucial match loss, she distances herself from the sport. Seeking a fresh start, she enrolls in a high school in Hangzhou, far from her parents’ home in northeastern China.
