The original TV anime Towa no Yugure, produced by P.A.WORKS, is set to premiere this October. Alongside the broadcast announcement, the main characters, cast, key staff, teaser visual, and teaser PV have all been revealed.

Towa no Yugure is a sci-fi love story set in a future ruled by AI. After waking from a long cryo-sleep, Akira finds himself in a war-ravaged world where traditional marriage has been replaced by a system called “Elsie,” governed by a central authority named OWEL. Shocked by the changes, Akira encounters an android named Yugure who looks exactly like his lost love, Towasa and is told they must marry. Determined to find Towasa, Akira sets off on a journey with Yugure, exploring what love means in a world reshaped by technology.
