The wait will soon be over! The official Jump Festa website announced today that the HAIKYU!! stage at the “JUMP SUPER STAGE RED” will be held on December 16, 2024 at 10:30 (JST), new information on the highly anticipated film Haikyu!!: The Battle At The Garbage Dump will be revealed!
The first trailer was revealed on September 24 at “The HAIKYU! Festa 2023 -Great Farewell Party-” as well as the key visual! Haikyu!! FINAL anime film’s first of two parts, subtitled “Gomisuteba no Kessen” (The Battle At The Garbage Dump), is set to premiere in Japan on February 16, 2024!

Jump Festa returns this year for its 24th edition, to be held on December 16 and 17 at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Tokyo. Bringing together all Shueisha and Jump brands under one roof for a full weekend of anime and manga. The annual event usually includes all kinds of displays, booths, previews and big anime announcements.

Toho animation returns to produce the two Haikyu!! FINAL anime films with the animation continuing to be made by the team at Production I.G. Crunchyroll is streaming all four TV anime seasons of the Haikyu!! adaptation and describes the series as follows:
Based off of the original Weekly Shonen Jump manga series from Haruichi Furudate, Haikyu!! is a slice-of-life sports anime revolving around Shoyo Hinata’s love of volleyball. Inspired by a small-statured pro volleyball player, Hinata creates a volleyball team in his last year of middle school. Unfortunately the team is matched up against the “King of the Court” Tobio Kageyama’s team in their first tournament and inevitably lose. After the crushing defeat, Hinata vows to surpass Kageyama After entering high school, Hinata joins the volleyball team only to find that Tobio has also joined.
