My Hero Academia Vigilantes Anime Reveals April 7 Premiere in New Trailer!

Broadcasting begins in April 2025!

The teaser trailer and key visual for the official spin-off manga series My Hero Academia: Vigilantes have been released! The main cast has also been announced. The series will premiere on April 7th and air on TOKYO MX, BS Nippon TV, and Yomiuri TV.

The manga serves as a spinoff of Kōhei Horikoshi‘s My Hero Academia. Set prior to the events of the main series, the story of the first volume is summarized by Viz Media:

Koichi Haimawari couldn’t make the cut to become an official hero, so he uses his modest Quirk to do good deeds in his spare time. Then one day a fateful encounter with some local thugs leads him to team up with two other unlikely heroes. None of them really know what they’re doing, but they’ve got the courage—or foolishness—to try. But they soon discover fighting evil takes more than just being brave…
