Mononoke The Movie: Chapter II – The Ashes of Rage will be exclusively available on Netflix starting August 14. Originally released in Japan in March, it is the second installment in the “Mononoke The Movie” trilogy.

The Mononoke film was revealed during the 15th-anniversary event for the 2007 Mononoke series in June 2022, with an initial aim for release in 2023. Mononoke originates as a spin-off from the 2006 series Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales.
