Minoru Toyoda’s Kore Kaite Shine Gets TV Anime Adaptation

Minoru Toyoda’s Kore Kaite Shine is getting a TV anime adaptation. The series will air on Japan TV. Alongside the announcement, a teaser visual for the anime has been revealed, and Toyoda has shared a special celebratory illustration.

Kore Kaite Shine is a romantic coming-of-age manga that follows Ai Yasumi, a high school girl passionate about manga. As she forms a manga study group with her friends, she navigates the challenges of discovering her artistic voice. The series has won the Manga Awards 2023 Grand Prize and the 70th Shogakukan Manga Award. Serialized in Gessan (Shogakukan), its latest seventh volume is set for release on April 11th.
