Aniplex has announced that a TV anime adaptation of Aya Hirakawa’s romantic comedy manga Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi is in production. A teaser visual drawn by the manga creator has been released, but no other details have been revealed.

The manga Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi has been serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine since December 2021, and volume 10 will be released in Japan on July 18. There is currently no English release.
The story follows Yuu Ayase, who is taken in by the Mikadono family after his mother, a famous actor, passes away. Ayase struggles to live up to his mother’s legacy and is now surrounded by three prodigy sisters: actor Kazuki, martial artist Niko, and Shogi player Miwa. As the sisters develop feelings for Ayase, comedic hijinks ensue.
