Medalist Anime Releases Main Trailer & New Key Visual!

Disney+ will stream the anime.

The key visual, opening theme, and main promotional video for the TV anime Medalist, based on TSURUMAIKADA‘s original work, have been unveiled. The anime is set to debut on Disney+ in January, though specifics regarding regional availability and exclusivity remain unconfirmed. In Japan, the series will premiere on January 4.

The opening theme song, “BOW AND ARROW,” written by Kenshi Yonezu.

Medalist is an anime adaptation derived from the manga series created by TSURUMAIKADA, originally serialized in Monthly Afternoon starting from 2020. In October 2023, Medalist had released nine tankobon volumes and received acclaim, winning the Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taisho 2022 award for comics and the 68th Shogakukan Manga Award in the general category.
