The TV anime Me and the Alien MuuMuu, written by Hiroki Miyashita, is set to premiere on April 9 on TOKYO MX and BS11, with an additional broadcast on MBS starting April 12. Alongside the release of the second key visual and promotional video, it has been announced that Karin Takahashi will voice Siberia, while Katsuyuki Konishi will take on the role of Junichiro Anamori.

This is Karin Takahashi, the voice of Siberia. After I was cast, I read the original work and became completely captivated by the cuteness of the cats and the fun of the household appliances! Siberia is always grumpy, but he’s a cute character you can’t help but love. I hope you all will come to love him too. The recording studio was filled with a warm and fun atmosphere, and it really felt like the warmth of the show itself. I’m so happy to be a part of such a wonderful project! I hope everyone enjoys the daily life of the MuMu seniors!

INTRODUCTION:
A cat-like alien from a distant galaxy, MuuMuu, arrives on Earth. His goal is to learn
about home appliance technology on Earth to recover the technology his species has
lost. The protagonist, Sakurako, has a typical university life, but everything changes
with MuuMuu’s arrival! What begins as an unexpected cohabitation quickly turns into a
whirlwind of chaotic events. The chemistry between Sakurako and MuuMuu leads to a
super-spectacular, appliance-filled, and cat comedy adventure.
