Anime studio MAPPA has launched its own music label, mappa records. Founded in 2011, MAPPA has spent the past 14 years creating unforgettable anime, driven by its vision of producing works that leave a lasting impact on audiences.
mappa records, in collaboration with composers and artists, will create music that aligns more closely than ever with the essence of each anime work, exploring new possibilities at the intersection of music and animation. Additionally, the label aims to expand accessibility to its creations through global music distribution, CD and LP releases, and live performances.
