ARK: Survival Ascended is set to receive its first all-original expansion, ARK: Lost Colony, launching this November. The announcement was made at GDC (Game Developers Conference) with a special two-minute video by anime studio MAPPA, showcasing legendary ARK survivor Mei Yin in action. The character is voiced by Michelle Yeoh, though the footage only features her battle cries and grunts.
Pre-orders for the expansion, ARK: Lost Colony—which bridges the gap between the Extinction and Genesis expansions while setting the stage for ARK 2—will open this June. The expansion will be priced at $29.99 and available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Steam.
