During the AnimeJapan 2024 stage panel today, A key visual has been unveiled for Chapter 1 of the Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club the Movie Kanketsu-hen. This three-part movie was initially announced in January, and now fans can anticipate the premiere of Chapter 1 in Japan on September 6.

The TV anime’s first season aired from October to December 2020, followed by the second season from April to June 2022. The upcoming three-part film series will continue the story after NEXT SKY, with the original voice cast returning.
During the same stage panel, two additional videos were showcased: one being a new trailer for the upcoming second season of the TV anime NIJIYON ANIMATION, and the other a preview of its opening theme song titled “Nijigasaki High School Anthem.”
NIJIYON ANIMATION is derived from the Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club series’ four-panel spin-off manga, Nijiyon ~Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club Yonkoma, illustrated by Miyakohito. Following the initial season comprising 12 episodes aired from January to March 2023, the second season is scheduled to debut in Japan on April 5, 2024.
