Exciting news for fans of Lollipop Chainsaw! The cult-classic action game is officially coming back with a brand-new game and an anime adaptation. To keep fans updated, the team has launched an official X (formerly Twitter) account: @lpchainsaw_en.
Originally released in 2012 by Grasshopper Manufacture, Lollipop Chainsaw was the result of a unique collaboration between No More Heroes creator Suda51 and Superman film director James Gunn. In 2024, the cult classic returned in the form of a remastered edition titled Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, which has since sold 1.5 million copies. The remaster and an upcoming anime adaptation are being developed in partnership with Dragami Games, the studio behind the new release.
