The indie anime short film LOCA! will be screened at Shimokita Ekimae Cinema K2 in Tokyo on December 19. The main trailer, first released in April, is available to watch online.

Created by the student collective Studio Car-No.3, LOCA! tells the story of two children exploring a post-apocalyptic world who come across a mysterious train.
The short was previously featured at the Fantasia International Film Festival as part of the Anime no Bento 2025 program, which showcases standout anime shorts from around the world.
The film was directed by Ion Miyamoto and Yuta Uchiya, with Takeru Kojima serving as writer and producer. Miyamoto (credited as Myano in Japanese) handled unit direction and compositing, while Uchiya (credited as uttama in Japanese) also worked as the concept and background artist.
