A teaser promotional video has been released for the TV anime Kore Kaite Shine, based on Minoru Toyoda’s work. The series is set to premiere on Japanese television in 2026. The anime will be directed by Hiroaki Akagi and produced by studio Shin-Ei Animation.

Kore Kaite Shine is a romantic coming-of-age manga that follows Ai Yasumi, a high school girl passionate about manga. As she forms a manga study group with her friends, she navigates the challenges of discovering her artistic voice. The series has won the Manga Awards 2023 Grand Prize and the 70th Shogakukan Manga Award. The latest 8 volumes of the book will be released on October 10th.
