Aki Akimoto‘s “Kikaijikake no Marie” has been decided to be made into a TV anime. This was announced by the Hakusensha’s Lala magazine and Akimoto‘s own official X account. More details will be announced in the future.

“Kikaijikake no Marie” is a romantic comedy about Marie, a former martial arts prodigy who struggles with showing facial expressions, and Arthur, the heir to a major conglomerate. The series began in August 2020 on Hakusensha’s Lala magazine and came to a conclusion in June 2023. A total of six volumes have been published.
