The second main promotional video for the TV anime KAMITSUBAKI CITY UNDER CONSTRUCTION has been released. It was also announced that voice actor Hikaru Midorikawa will be joining the cast, portraying a mysterious new character.
The PV features the opening theme song “Utahime”, performed by the virtual artist group V.W.P., which includes the anime’s main cast members.
The anime is set to premiere in Japan on July 3, 2025, and will be available exclusively on Crunchyroll as a simulcast.
