Kura Sushi USA is teaming up again with the popular anime and manga series JUJUTSU KAISEN for a new limited-time collaboration. The event will run from March 16 to April 30 at participating Kura Revolving Sushi Bar locations in the United States.
During the collaboration, customers can enjoy a special Bikkura Pon dining experience with 10 different capsule prizes inspired by characters from the series. The prizes include acrylic badges, acrylic carabiners, and sticker sets featuring characters such as Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Satoru Gojo.
Guests receive a random capsule prize after reaching certain plate counts: 15 plates, 25 plates, and every 15 plates after that.
Starting March 18, members of the Kura Sushi Rewards program who spend $85 or more in restaurant will also receive a JUJUTSU KAISEN collaboration face towel, while supplies last.
The collaboration also introduces two themed ramen dishes inspired by the series:
- Spicy Tantanmen – Inspired by Yuji Itadori’s Black Flash, this ramen features spicy miso broth with chili paste, braised pork, egg, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Dark Tonkotsu Ramen – Inspired by Ryomen Sukuna’s Malevolent Shrine, this ramen comes with pork broth, black garlic oil, braised pork, egg, green onions, sesame seeds, and crispy garlic chips.
Crunchyroll is streaming the season 1, 2 & 3 of the JUJUTSU KAISEN anime alongside the anime film, JUJUTSU KAISEN 0. Crunchyroll describes the anime as follows:
Yuji Itadori is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a classmate who has been attacked by curses, he eats the finger of Ryomen Sukuna, taking the curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares one body with Ryomen Sukuna. Guided by the most powerful of sorcerers, Satoru Gojo, Itadori is admitted to Tokyo Jujutsu High School, an organization that fights the curses… and thus begins the heroic tale of a boy who became a curse to exorcise a curse, a life from which he could never turn back.
