The second visual for the 5th anniversary of the anime JUJUTSU KAISEN by Gege Akutami, has been unveiled. Today marks five years since the premiere of the anime’s very first episode, which aired on October 3, 2020. The new anniversary visual, drawn by MAPPA, is designed to connect seamlessly with the first illustration, forming a single larger artwork when placed together.

The first season of the JUJUTSU KAISEN TV anime aired from October 2020 to March 2021. Following the release of the first film, JUJUTSU KAISEN 0, on December 24, 2021, the second season covering the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc aired from July to December 2023. On May 30, a compilation film of the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc premiered. From October 17th in Japan, a revival screening of “JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 Movie” will be released.
JUJUTSU KAISEN: Execution -Shibuya Incident x The Culling Game Begins- opens in Japan on November 7, followed by a North American release on December 5, with additional global rollouts to follow. The new season, JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3 “Culling Game” begins broadcasting January 2026.
