A teaser visual has been unveiled for the TV anime Ichijyoma Mankitsu Gurashi! by Kumako Hisama. It has also been confirmed that the series will begin airing in April 2026.

The story centers on Meiko Morita, a second-year high school student who moves from the countryside to Tokyo to attend a new school. Upon arriving in the city, she finds herself living and working at “Hedgehog,” a manga café that also functions as a girls’ dormitory. There, she meets a lively and quirky group of housemates, each with their own unique charm.
