I Left My A-Rank Party TV Anime Gets Season 2

Crunchyroll streams the anime.

A second season of the TV anime I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths! has officially been confirmed. To celebrate the announcement, a special commemorative illustration by character designer Masakazu Yamazaki has also been unveiled.

The news follows the broadcast of the final episode (Episode 24) of the first season, which aired today after the series began in January.

The light novel series I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths! is written by Kosuke Unagi and illustrated by Super Zombie. It started in June 2021, and by July 2022, three volumes had been released.

Kodansha USA describes the manga adaptation by Yuri, as follows:

As far as adventuring goes, supporting your party is a thankless job—even more so if you’re just a lowly red mage like Yuke Feldio. So, when he gets fed up with his A-rank party of total a-holes, he ditches them for some former students—a trio of girls who just looove his company. Thing is, to conquer the world’s greatest dungeon and achieve his dream, he’ll have to teach these cuties a thing or two…and he may just learn there’s more potential within him (and them) then he ever knew.
