HIDIVE Unveils Petals of Reincarnation as Newest Co-Production

Based on Mikihisa Konishi’s hit manga.

HIDIVE has announced Petals of Reincarnation as its newest co-production. This eagerly awaited anime adaptation is based on Mikihisa Konishi’s popular supernatural action manga, which has been serialized since May 2014. The series is currently in production and slated for a future release.

The manga has been serialized since May 2014 in MAGCOMI and Monthly Comic Garden, both published by MAG Garden. It is also available in English through the Mangamo mobile app. Over 11 years since its debut, Petals of Reincarnation has released 21 volumes and sold over 3 million copies.

Petals of Reincarnation is a supernatural action manga written and illustrated by Mikihisa Konishi. The story follows Touya Senji, a talentless high school student who comes to discovers that talent is gained not from learning but rather a previous life and only by self-inflicted death and the supernatural aid of the “Stem of Reincarnation”.
