HaKoniwalily, the musical duo behind the opening theme of Can a Boy-Girl Friendship Survive?, will make a guest voice appearance in episode 7, titled “The Cracked Crocus”, airing in Japan on May 16.
This marks the voice acting debut for both members, Hanon and Kotoha. Hanon expressed her excitement online, saying it was a “childhood dream come true,” while Kotoha reacted with a simple: “What!?”
The anime’s opening theme “Shitsumon, Koitte Nandeshouka?” (“Question, What is Love?”) was released digitally on April 5, under the name HoneyWorks feat. HaKoniwalily—a collaboration with the well-known Japanese music unit HoneyWorks.
