Grand Blue Season 2 New Key Visual Unveiled on Scuba Diving Day

The new key visual for Season 2 of the TV anime Grand Blue, created by Kenji Inoue and Kimitake Yoshioka, was unveiled today, May 24, in celebration of Scuba Diving Day, a playful date pun in Japanese (5 = “go”, 2 = “tsu”, 4 = “shi”, or “go to sea”). The long-awaited second season is set to premiere on July 7.

New Key Visual:

Yūma Uchida, Ryohei Kimura, Hiroki Yasumoto, Katsuyuki Konishi, Chika Azai, Maaya Uchida, Toa Yukinari, Kana Asumi and others will continue to appear from Season 1.

The original Grand Blue manga is serialized in Kodansha‘s Good! Afternoon seinen manga magazine, and an English language version is also available from Kodansha Comics under the title Grand Blue Dreaming. Kodansha USA describes the story:
