The upcoming anime GIRLS und PANZER: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! has revealed its first key visual along with an official promotional video. The opening theme will be performed by ChouCho × Sayaka Sasaki, while the ending theme is sung by Miho Nishizumi, voiced by Mai Fuchigami.
The anime will be released in theaters across Japan in four acts, each debuting on a separate date:
- Act 1: December 26, 2025
- Act 2: January 30, 2026
- Act 3: March 6, 2026
- Act 4: April 10, 2026

“GIRLS und PANZER MOTTO LOVE LOVE SAKUSEN DESU!” has been serialized in Monthly Comic Alive (KADOKAWA) since 2013. This series offers a glimpse into the unseen daily lives of students dedicated to tankery, focusing on the Oarai Girls’ Academy team and their interactions with rival schools.

The hugely popular spin-off comic of “Girls und Panzer”, titled “Girls und Panzer Motto Love Love Sakusen desu!” (Author: Nii Maruko), is finally being adapted into an anime!
The focus is on the unknown everyday lives and interactions between schools of the students who passionately pursue Sensha-do(Tankery), including the Oarai Girls’ High School team and their delightful peers!
This is the start of a grand strategy that will make you love them even more!
The six-part OVA series GIRLS und PANZER Das Finale announced that Part 5 is slated for release in Japan in 2026. Alongside the announcement, a new teaser visual featuring series protagonist Miho Nishizumi has been unveiled.

GIRLS und PANZER first debuted as a TV anime in 2012, followed by the feature film GIRLS und PANZER der Film in 2015. The Das Finale project has been rolling out gradually in Japanese theaters: Part 1 premiered in December 2017, Part 2 in June 2019, Part 3 in March 2021, and Part 4 in October 2023. Part 5 will continue the long-running cinematic saga as it moves closer to its conclusion.
