Based on the original work by Hideaki Sorachi, GINTAMA -Yoshiwara in Flames- has released a new “Fierce Battle” promotional video highlighting the intense fight between Hosen and Gintoki. The film is currently screening in theaters across Japan.

The upcoming film project will revisit the manga’s “Yoshiwara in Flames” arc, which was previously adapted into eight episodes of the TV anime back in 2009.
The anime series concluded in 2018 after four seasons. In addition to the main series, several films were released, including Gintama: The Final in 2021, as well as a wave of Gintama on Theater 2D features cinematic re-edits of story arcs previously adapted for television.
