Ganglion Manga Gets TV Anime Adaptation, Premiering October 3

The production is handled by Studio MAF.

Hisaya Shiraiwa’s manga, illustrated by Takashi Itsuki,Ganglion“, is set to receive a TV anime adaptation, premiering on October 3. The main visual and voice cast have been unveiled, with Itsuki creating a special illustration to commemorate the announcement.

Published by Yoshimoto Books in 2009, this one-volume manga is a work-related drama set in early 2000s Tokyo. The story follows Isobe, an operative for “Ganglion Co., Ltd.,” a company with ambitions of world domination. Isobe takes on bizarre missions such as the “Blow Up Mt. Fuji Operation” and the “Tokyo Cedar Pollen Operation,” only to be repeatedly thwarted by his rival, Hopeman. Alongside these challenges, he must navigate the unreasonable demands of his superiors.
