FUUTO PI is a spin-off of the popular Kamen Rider franchise, focusing on the detective duo Shotaro Hidari and Phillip as they solve mysteries in the city of Fuuto. The FUUTO PI anime series, aired for 12 episodes from August to October 2022, following the original Kamen Rider series that broadcasted between 2009 and 2010.

In Fuuto, better known as the Windy City, mysterious beings called Dopants wreak havoc by using the dangerous Gaia Memories. However, there are also heroes who utilize the Gaia Memories to fight these criminals: a half-boiled and indecisive PI named Shotaro Hidari, and his partner Philip, an intellectual-type PI.
