A teaser promotional video for the second cour of Fire Force Season 3, created by Atsushi Okubo, has been released. It also revealed that Akira Ishida will be joining the cast as Oguro. The anime is scheduled to premiere on Crunchyroll in January 2026.

Fire Force was directed by Yuki Yase at David Production. The series featured composition by Yamato Haishima and character designs by Hideyuki Morioka. In the second season, which aired in 2020, Tatsuma Minamikawa took over as director and series composer.
Official Synopsis:
Tokyo is burning, and citizens are mysteriously suffering from spontaneous human combustion all throughout the city! Responsible for snuffing out this inferno is the Fire Force, and Shinra is ready to join their fight.
Now, as part of Company 8, he’ll use his devil’s footprints to help keep the city from turning to ash! But his past and a burning secret behind the scenes could set everything ablaze.
