Yakinikuteishoku‘s Does it Count if You Lose Your Virginity to an Android? is set to receive a short anime adaptation, scheduled to air on TV in 2026 in Japan. Alongside the announcement, a key visual has also been unveiled.

This marks the fourth anime project under WWWave Corporation’s Deregula label following previous titles such as Makina-san’s a Love Bot?! and Yandere Dark Elf.

Originally serialized in Comic Yuri Hime, the latest six collected volumes of Does It Count If You Lose Your Virginity to an Android? are set to be released on May 16. Seven Seas Entertainment provides the following synopsis for the manga:

Beautiful, brainy Tsuda Akane is indispensable at the robotics manufacturer where she works, but her colleagues never saw her private side. At home, Akane’s a hot mess with an apartment that looks more like a landfill than a living space. When she drunkenly orders a maid to help her tidy up, the lady android who arrives is a horny hottie who’s about to give Akane more service than she bargained for!
