A new key visual and the main voice cast have been revealed for the upcoming Do You Like Big Girls? anime series. The show will premiere in Japan in April 2026.
The anime adaptation was first announced last December by Suiseisha. The series will air as part of WWWave Corporation’s AnimeFesta programming block.

The original manga is a romantic comedy sports story by Goro Aizome. It first launched in Takeshobo’s Monthly Kissca magazine on January 8, 2014. The magazine ended on January 8, 2022.
After that, the manga moved to the Web Comic Gamma Plus website on February 18, 2022, where it ran until November 4, 2022. The series later moved again to the Takecomic platform, where it has been serialized since December 19, 2025.
In English, the manga is licensed by Seven Seas Entertainment. The company describes the story as follows:
