Hiroshi Arakawa’s manga Daemons of the Shadow Realm is getting a TV anime adaptation. The project is a collaboration between Square Enix, Aniplex, and Studio Bonds, similar to the partnership behind the Fullmetal Alchemist anime series that aired from 2003 to 2011.
Along with the announcement of the anime, a teaser visual and a special report video have been released. The main staff involved in the production were also revealed. The series will be streamed on Crunchyroll.

Hiromu Arakawa, the creator of Fullmetal Alchemist, started her latest manga series, Daemons of the Shadow Realm, in December 2021. The series is published in Square Enix’s Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine. As of now, nine volumes have been released in Japan.
