Studio TRIGGER has officially announced Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 a new standalone 10-episode story from the world of Cyberpunk 2077. This new chapter promises a gripping tale of redemption and revenge.
This follow-up to the critically acclaimed 2022 anime series brings a new creative lead to the helm: Kai Ikarashi, best known for directing episode 6 of the first season.

Director Kai Ikarashi delivers a bold, cinematic vision for the series, with distinctive character designs by lead artist Kanno Ichigo. Joining them are returning collaborators Masahiko Otsuka, and Hugo Award-winning writer Bartosz Sztybor, who serves as showrunner, writer, and producer.
This new anime is a collaboration between CD PROJEKT RED and acclaimed animation studio TRIGGER, and is set to premiere on Netflix.
