Crunchyroll is heading to San Diego Comic-Con 2025 with a brand-new event: Crunchyroll Anime FanFest, a two-day live music festival celebrating the worlds of anime and music. The event will take place on July 25 and 26 at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park and will be free to attend, no SDCC badge required.
On Day 1 (July 25), the lineup features some of Japan’s biggest anime artists and global names in anime-inspired music. Performers include SPYAIR (Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle theme), yama (SPY x FAMILY ending theme), ASH DA HERO (BLUE LOCK theme), and more like Slushii, Magnolia Park, Hyper Potions, VGR, and James Landino.


On Day 2 (July 26), the festival shifts toward the intersection of anime, hip-hop, and R&B. The lineup includes Denzel Curry, INIKO, Pink Pablo, ALI (JUJUTSU KAISEN’s “Lost in Paradise”), Yaeji (DJ Set), ☆Taku Takahashi x Alenoise, and NOODLES.



The festival will also feature exclusive artist and anime merch pop-ups, giveaways, and immersive anime activations from series like Gachiakuta, Kaiju No. 8, and The Rising of the Shield Hero.
Doors open at 1 p.m. on both days. The event is free for everyone, so whether you’re an anime fan, music lover, or both, Crunchyroll Anime FanFest promises an unforgettable weekend.
