Following the fifth anniversary event stream of JUJUTSU KAISEN in Japan, Crunchyroll has announced that JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3: Culling Game will premiere on its platform in January 2026.

In “The Culling Game,” Yuta Okkotsu, the special grade jujutsu sorcerer and protagonist of “JUJUTSU KAISEN 0,” enters the fray as an executioner, turning his blade toward Itadori. “The Cursed Two,” bound by a shared mentor, ignite one of the most iconic and ferocious battles from the original manga, soon to be brought vividly to life on screen. This marks the first encounter between the two protagonists, leading to an epic clash of cursed energies.
JUJUTSU KAISEN series quickly won the hearts of audiences with its blend of the supernatural and intense action. Originally premiering on October 3, 2020, the series will celebrate its milestone 5th anniversary on October 3 this year.

The first season of the JUJUTSU KAISEN TV anime aired from October 2020 to March 2021. Following the release of the first film, JUJUTSU KAISEN 0, on December 24, 2021, the second season covering the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc aired from July to December 2023. On May 30, a compilation film of the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc premiered. From October 17th in Japan, a revival screening of “JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 Movie” will be released.
