Comici Launches Global Digital Manga Platform

"Bringing manga to the world!!"

Comici Inc., a leading Japanese data science company supporting manga publishers, has launched comici MANGA, a digital manga reading platform now available in 12 countries. (USA, Canada, France, Spain, Germany, the Philippines, Thailand, India, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Indonesia).

The platform unites multiple Japanese manga brands under one service, accessible via a shared ID on apps and the website.

At launch, comici MANGA offers titles from five magazine labels, including Comic Growl, Kimicomi, COMIC Ruelle & COMIC Jardin, Manga-SPA!, and Ohzora Shuppan, featuring both popular titles like The Ancient Magus’ Bride and new English releases such as Magical Girl Inaba. Readers can enjoy premium subscriptions, free chapters, and rental options.

Why comici MANGA?
Digital platforms often focus on viral content and short-term KPIs, which can reduce discovery and reader engagement. Comici MANGA aims to revive the magazine-style experience, letting readers explore batches of titles across genres like fantasy, BL, villainess, and romantic comedy.

Key Features:

  • Variety of Publishers and Genres: Access multiple publishers and genres popular overseas.
  • Seamless Web & App Experience: Reading history and purchases sync across devices via a single ID.
  • Magazine Culture for the World: Enjoy ongoing serializations and the excitement of new chapters, just like Japanese manga magazines.

Since its launch in January, comici MANGA has already reached over 110,000 downloads, positioning it as a platform to connect Japanese manga publishers with international audiences.
