Japanese comedy duo Alco And Peace (Yuki Hirako and Kenta Sakai) will make their anime voice acting debut in the upcoming film Doraemon the Movie: New Nobita and the Castle of the Undersea Devil. They will voice soldiers defending the undersea nation of Mu Federation and serve as promotional ambassadors alongside Airi Taira.
As the 45th installment in the Doraemon the Movie franchise, this new film is a modern remake, originally released in 1983. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on February 27, 2026 in Japan.

Meanwhile, Japanese rock band sumika will release the film’s theme song single, “Honto” on February 25, 2026, which also includes three additional tracks: “Sekishunka feat. Lilas Ikuta,” “Blue,” and “Ressentiment no Yurikago.”
“Honto” has been featured as the ending theme for the Doraemon TV anime since January 10 and will be available digitally from January 29.

The original film followed Nobita, Doraemon, and friends on an adventure through the legendary underwater kingdoms of Mu and Atlantis.
