BLUE LOCK Season 2 Unveils OP Theme Song Artist in New Teaser!

A new cut showcasing the backstory of Rin and Sae Itoshi.

A new teaser for the BLUE LOCK Season 2 featuring OP theme song has been revealed. This teaser unveils Rin and Sae Itoshi’s past. The anime will be broadcast in a total of 14 episodes from October 5 on Crunchyroll.

The opening song is “Boujaku no Charisma” by UNISON SQUARE GARDEN.

UNISON SQUARE GARDEN has composed the theme song for the TV anime “BLUE LOCK” for the third time, having previously created the opening theme song for the first season and the ending theme song for part 2 of the first season.

Additionally, on August 18, a special event for the anime “BLUE LOCK“, “Hottest” Special Stage” will be held at the Tele Asahi Summer Festival. This event will unveil the latest updates on the second season of the TV anime, along with key highlights and more information.

The anime is based on the award-winning manga by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura. BLUELOCK is directed by Tetsuaki Watanabe and assistant-directed by Shunsuke Ishikawa at studio eightbit.
