The second key visual and promotional video for the TV anime Betrothed to My Sister’s Ex have been released. Alongside these, new cast members, a fresh visual, and details about the theme song have also been unveiled. The anime is set to premiere on July 4.
Additionally, the opening theme will be “Gesshoku” by krage, while the ending theme is “Marie” by Myuk. “Gesshoku” features in the new trailer, and a preview of “Marie” can be heard in the CM (Commercial) video released simultaneously.

Chikage Nakagura launched a manga adaptation on Futabasha’s Gaugau Monster website in July 2020. The manga’s seventh volume was published on April 10. Comico’s English website Pocket Comics is publishing the manga under the title Betrothed to My Sister’s Ex.
The novel debuted on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in October 2019, with Futabasha publishing the light novels with illustrations by Mai Murasaki since April 2020. The seventh volume was released on May 10.
